Please contact our Interdisciplinary Co-Director, Emily (emily@phreportcard.org), to discuss creating a report card for your unlisted discipline! All new disciplines will require approval, and will be contingent on our annual strategic goals and internal team manpower. We have a formal process for creating new report cards, outlined briefly below, but please refer to Emily for detailed steps.
- Discuss new discipline with Interdisciplinary Co-Director and obtain approval.
- Recruit a student lead to manage the development and pilot of PHRC for the new discipline (who will also join our leadership team).
- Recruit faculty/academic advisors (minimum of two per discipline, and ideally from different geographical locations, continents).
- Write curriculum metrics specific to that discipline (it will be helpful, time-saving to use existing report cards as templates).
- Metrics to undergo external and internal review prior to implementation.
- Recruit pilot schools (minimum 1 school, a team of ~5 students).
Please note that any new metrics or report cards developed or used without prior discussion would not be eligible for publication with the PHRC, and will be considered as unauthorised use of our intellectual property and potential copyright infringement. We welcome all enquiries regarding new disciplines – please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us!
